Design a Retirement You’re Excited to Wake Up To
Retirement today is about far more than finances. It’s about purpose, identity, relationships, health, freedom, and creating a meaningful next chapter.
Retirement by Design helps individuals and organizations approach retirement with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.
Retirement Coaching for Individuals
One-on-one coaching focused on designing your unique retirement journey.
We begin by clarifying the goals, questions, and possibilities you want to explore in this next chapter of life. Each session then focuses on helping you gain clarity, uncover insights, and create practical action steps that move you closer to your vision.
Whether you are planning ahead, adjusting to retirement, or reimagining what comes next, coaching is tailored to your unique journey. You choose the number of sessions based on the support you need.
How Does It Work?
Coaching is not simply talking about retirement — it is a structured process for gaining insight, exploring possibilities, and taking meaningful action toward the life you want to create. The typical steps include:
Initial discovery conversation
Personalized assessments
3-6 months of coaching based on your needs
Reflection & planning tools
Designing action steps & accountability
Ongoing support as needed
Who Benefits Most?
individual Coaching is not idle discussion — it is a structured, action-oriented experience designed to help participants gain clarity, challenge assumptions, explore new possibilities, and create meaningful change. It is very useful for people nearing retirement, those feeling uncertain about what’s next, and anyone ready to design a more meaningful next chapter.
Group Retirement Coaching
Group Coaching offers a supportive and confidential space to explore the opportunities and challenges of retirement alongside others navigating a similar transition. In addition to professional coaching, participants benefit from shared perspectives, meaningful conversation, and the wisdom of the group experience.
Like individual coaching, each cohort begins by identifying the goals, questions, and possibilities participants want to explore in this next stage of life. During each session, participants have dedicated time to present a challenge, opportunity, or area of focus and receive coaching from Kevin as well as insights from fellow participants.
Each coaching conversation concludes with participants reflecting on key insights and identifying meaningful actions or next steps.
Retirement coaching cohorts are offered periodically and typically include four to six sessions. Some participants choose to continue their retirement design journey through individual coaching for more personalized support.
